Launch of Expertiseireland.com

The vision of the island of Ireland as a knowledge hub came closer to becoming a reality after InterTradeIreland and Conference of Heads of Irish Universities (CHIU) announced the participation of all nine universities across the island in Expertiseireland.com, a Web portal that facilitates industry access to research expertise in 3rd level institutions. All universities now contribute expertise to the portal, which has received over 13,000 visits with over 16,000 searches being carried out on a vast range of subject areas since it went live last July.
