National Launch of Marie Curie Programme in FP7
21st May 2007, Crowne Plaza Hotel and Conference Centre, Santry, Dublin 9
Over the past four years the European Marie Curie Programme has been hugely beneficial to Universities, IOT's, Research Organisations and Companies in Ireland. It has supported researchers across all disciplines from Humanities to Food Science.
This programme supports researchers at all levels from post graduate researchers to Senior Professors to research on topics as diverse as disability to liquid crystal display devices. It has enabled companies in Ireland, large and small, to expand their R&D capabilities through partnership with universities and hiring new research experts.
Over the next seven years there will be over €4.7bn available in the Marie Curie Programme.
