LAUNCH OF THE HIGHER EDUCATION ACCESS ROUTE
Information Day for Guidance Counsellors in NUIM - 8th Sept 09
The Higher Education Access Route (HEAR) was launched on 8th September 09 by the seven universities, DIT and the seven colleges of education. The scheme is being expanded from 305 to all 730 secondary schools in Ireland and will broaden access opportunities to third level education for school leavers from disadvantaged socio-economic backgrounds across the country.
