The day will focus on the Marie Curie Individual Fellowships, Excellence Actions and the Marie Curie Transfer of Knowledge Fellowships, funded by the European Commission as part of its Human Resources and Mobility Work Programme. It will provide an ideal opportunity to gain an understanding of all that the individual and Transfer of Knowledge Fellowships have to offer, as well as top tips on successful proposal writing and the opportunity to gain insight from experts.
The morning will focus on the Individual Fellowships, Excellence Actions the submission and evaluation process and tips on proposal writing. The afternoon session will focus on the Transfer of Knowledge actions, and include speakers from the Commission and a current FP6 Transfer of Knowledge contract holder.
This event can be provided for free, thanks to the generosity of the Queen's University Belfast.

Who should attend?
The event will be of particular interest to researchers, from postgraduates to professors, based in companies, universities or research institutes, seeking guidance on proposal writing for Marie Curie Actions.
