Day-to-day management and administration of the IUA is the responsibility of a central office based on Merrion Square in Dublin. The office is responsible for organising and convening a number of IUA groups and pursuit of collective policies and actions on behalf of the Irish university sector.
The IUA consists of a number of operational units; acting as Marie Curie National Contact Point, Co-ordinator of the Researcher Mobility Office & Portal and managing expertiseireland.com.
